The Westend submarket is a central submarket of the city centre neighbouring the Frankfurt City and the Banking District and is divided into the Westend North and Westend South districts. The southern part of of the Westend has almost merged with the Banking District in recent years and is now one of the most important office locations of Frankfurt. In particular the famous Bockenheimer Landstraße including its minor roads is already populated by internationally renowned tenants. The Westend benefits from the central location with easy access within an urban environment and numerous shopping facilities for convenient products as well as many restaurants and service facilities. The submarket is connected to the "Taunusanlage" suburban railway station or the "Alte Oper" and "Westend" underground stations.
