The Frankfurt East submarket is located east of the Frankfurt city centre on the north bank of the Main. The Hanauer Landstraße is characteristic for the submarket and directly leads into the city centre. The third largest artertial road of Frankfurt (6.8km) is used in various ways and hosts partly high-volume properties. It is attractive for the automotive and port industry, the creative sector and cultural scene all at the same time. The highly positive development of the submarket in recent years is in particular due to the new ECB headquarters at the listed market hall. Other reasons are numerous new buildings and upcoming project developments in Frankfurt East, as the new "Honsellbrücke" now directly connects the submarket with the south-eastern part of the city.
